<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot capable of efficiently heating. <P>SOLUTION: The pot 1 includes a pot body 11 having a side part in a cylindrical shape. The pot includes a thermal induction ring 17 which has a ring shape provided outside at a lower part of the side surface of the pot body 11, and upwardly induces a wave of heat from a burner 40 between the pot body 11 when the pot body 1 is placed on the burner 40.
