<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the lifeline by enabling extra-use of a domestic drainage function of a building or a condominium for a fixed period of time even if a public sewerage system is made unavailable by an earthquake or a flood disaster. <P>SOLUTION: A disaster prevention handling facility system comprises a storage tank 32 for storing water to be supplied to a building/condominium 10 in the case of emergency, cogeneration systems 40, 40' which are operable in the case of emergency for supplying electricity and heat to the building/condominium 10, and a drain water storage tank 60 for storing at least a part of drain water from the building/condominium 10 in the case of emergency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
