摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which: improving an electrode coating rate increases a binding force to a displacement as a piezoelectric element, and thereby reducing an amount of displacement. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric member 12 is obtained by alternately laminating a piezoelectric layer 21 and internal electrodes 22A and 22B. The internal electrodes 22A and 22B each contains a metallic bonding part 102 such as silver and palladium, and needle-shaped conductive fillers 101 extending in a uniaxial direction.
