<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of being operated with a device that is easy for a user to operate, depending on functions of an image reading device and a portable terminal. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing system has: an image reading device for reading an image from a recording medium to obtain a readout image; one or more portable terminals; data acceptance means for accepting data; data addition means for adding the accepted data to the readout image; operation means for accepting an instruction related to the addition of the data by a user's operation, and performing the instruction related to the addition of the data to the data addition means; and selection means for selecting whether in the image reading device or the portable terminal an operation for the addition of the data by the data addition means is performed, based on comparison between a function of the image reading device and a function of the portable terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
