An emergency processing method, device and system, the method comprising: a first eNB obtains emergency (EM) information reported by a user equipment (UE); the first eNB sends an EM notification carrying the EM information to at least one eNB required to send the EM notification, and the at least one eNB sends the EM notification to the UEs under the at least one eNB; the first eNB sends the EM notification carrying the EM information to the UEs under the first eNB. The method, device and system in an embodiment of the present invention can shorten the emergency processing signaling interaction process in case of an emergency, thus dramatically shortening the communication time delay of a cellular network communication system, and greatly reducing system load.
