The invention discloses a protection method for Java source code and a system thereof. When a first startup class is called, the method comprises the following steps, wherein the first startup class namely a startup class of a Java program: the first startup class is used for decrypting first cipher text data to obtain a class loader; the class loader is used for reading second cipher text data into an internal memory for decrypting to obtain a first class, wherein the first class is operated by a Java virtual machine and has a suffix name.class; the class loader is used for loading a second startup class into the internal memory, wherein the second startup class is an original startup class in a jar packet of the Java program; and the class loader is used for loading the first class into the Java virtual machine so that the Java virtual machine can conveniently call a main interface in the second startup class and the Java program is operated. According to the invention, the Java source code can be protected, so that the Java source code is not easy to disassemble. |
