<p>The present invention relates to a blue phosphorescent organic light emitting device having a minimal lamination structure. More particularly, the device of the present invention includes: an anode; an emissive layer disposed on the anode and including a host and dopant; an electron transport layer disposed on the emissive layer; and a cathode disposed on the electron transport layer, wherein the difference between the work function of the anode and the high occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level of the emissive layer is 1.0 eV or less, and the difference between the low occupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy level of the emissive layer and that of the electron transport layer is 1.0 eV or less. Thus, an excellent blue phosphorescent device may be provided, which may be practically used for a flexible display because the process for manufacturing the device is simple and the thickness of the device is thin, due to a minimal lamination structure.</p> |
