Provided are an antenna unit, an antenna device, and an antenna installation method. The antenna device includes: an antenna housing and at least one antenna unit, each antenna unit including a vibrator reflection plate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, the first surface of the vibrator being made of a conductive material; an antenna vibrator provided on the first surface of the vibrator reflection plate and connected to the first surface; and a radio frequency module provided on the second surface of the vibrator reflection plate and electrically connected to the antenna vibrator. The embodiments of the present invention combine an antenna vibrator and a radio frequency module into an independent antenna unit, thus being able to be suitable for different application scenarios, and an antenna unit can be assembled with other components conveniently and flexibly for different band or format combinations, improving the antenna configuration and installation efficiency.
