<p>The present invention reduces the running cost of a hot-water-supplying, air-conditioning system. To said end, the hot-water-supplying, air-conditioning system (10) performs a first cold storage operation, a second cold storage operation, and a use cooling operation. During the first cold storage operation, a hot-water-supply-side heat exchanger (26) functions as a condenser and a heat-storage-side heat exchanger (31) functions as an evaporator, a hot-water-supply device (70) heats the water in a hot water storage tank (71), and a thermal storage device (90) accumulates cold at a thermal storage tank (91). In the second cold storage operation, a heat-source-side heat exchanger (21) functions as a condenser and the heat-storage-side heat exchanger (31) functions as an evaporator, and the thermal storage device (90) accumulates cold at the thermal storage tank (91). During the use cooling operation, the hot-water-supplying, air-conditioning system (10) cools an interior using the cold accumulated in the thermal storage tank (91).</p> |
