<p>The method involves using a replica signal comprising equaled code as a sampled signal. The replica signal values are inferred from a look up table. A table index is determined, to display memory location of the replica value. A value is picked out from the look up table according to table index. The table index value is looked up in the table with an effected table rate which differs from sample rate telex multiplied with a Doppler rate factor. A table index offset is computed to calculate the high frequency and Doppler shift of the carrier signal. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) receiver for correlation of sampled signal with replica signal; and (2) signal processing unit for correlation of sampled signal with replica signal.</p> |
