PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly determine an abnormality state.

SOLUTION: A program is for causing a computer to execute a processing for: extracting each ON segment from each image where at least one value represented by using a plurality of segments are imaged every predetermined time; comparing the extracted each segment with a dictionary including a combination of segments stored in advance in a storage unit; measuring a period of time when a combination of segments not included in the dictionary is extracted; and determining whether an information processor is in a state of switching a value or in failure from a comparison result between the measured period of time and a predetermined value.
