<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of devices and to simplify the wiring and piping, when installing both a methanol density sensor and a liquid level sensor in a storage tank. <P>SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of a methanol density sensor for measuring the methanol density in fuel, a liquid level sensor 200 is a float sensor having a float 206, and a sensor (lead switch 204) detecting the liquid level of fuel. A density sensor (SAW sensor 250) has an inter-digital electrode (IDT) formed on a piezoelectric 260, and a wireless transmission/reception section (wireless transmission/reception circuit 292). The density sensor is a wireless SAW sensor detecting the properties of liquid based on the propagation state of a surface acoustic wave generated by piezoelectric effect due to application of a high frequency signal received by the wireless transmission/reception section. The propagation surface of a surface acoustic wave (SAW propagation surface 254) in the density sensor of the float of a liquid level sensor is attached to a position coming into contact with the fuel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
