<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device which is easily manufactured at low cost and has high capability of dissipating heat. <P>SOLUTION: A printed board 115 is fixed to a housing by a screw, penetrating through the printed board 115, while being sandwiched between a case 117 and a cover 119. A mold component 113 is mounted on a mounted surface of the printed board 115, and the mold component 113 is disposed between the printed board 115 and the cover 119.
