<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding machine capable of stabilizing an amount of a melting material to be measured when performing a plasticization step of the material by using a screw which is mounted with a backflow prevention device at the front side in a heating cylinder, rotatable, and can advance or retreat, and an operation method of the injection molding machine. <P>SOLUTION: In the operation method of the injection molding machine 11 which performs the plasticization step of the material by using the screw 17 which is mounted with the backflow prevention device 18 at the front side in the vacuum-suctional heating cylinder, rotatable, and can advance or retreat, a space in the heating cylinder at the rear side rather than the backflow prevention device 18 is held in a vacuum state at the plasticization step, the melting material is supplied to the front side 28 of the screw, and the screw 17 is advanced further after the finish of the rotation of the screw. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
