<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber roll producing machine suppressing thickness unevenness of a rubber roll. <P>SOLUTION: This rubber roll producing machine includes: an outer die 12 exhibiting a cylindrical shape; an inner die 16 disposed inside the outer die 12 so as to form an annular flow path 14 having an annular shape between the outer die 12 and the inner die, which has an outer peripheral surface 16a having a friction coefficient against the rubber material 18 larger than that of the inner peripheral surface 12a of the outer die 12 in the part forming the annular flow path 14, and in which an insertion through-hole 16b for inserting the conductive shaft 20 is formed at the central part; and a discharge portion 22 integrating the rubber material 18 and the conductive shaft 20 by bringing the rubber material 18 flowing from the annular flow path 14 into contact with the conductive shaft 20 discharged from the insertion through-hole 16b and discharging them to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
