Provided is a relay communication system in which a first relay server, when having received, from a third client terminal, a first remote operation request for a first client terminal that is selected on the basis of relay server information, relays image data and an operation event as the operation data of a first remote operation that is to be performed, on the basis of the first remote operation request, through operation sessions established between the first relay server and a second relay server and between the first relay server and the first client terminal. Further, the first relay server, when having received, from a second client terminal, a request for monitoring the first remote operation, establishes a monitoring session between the first relay server and the second client terminal, and transmits the operation data of the first remote operation through the monitoring session. In this way, a relay communication system, which includes a plurality of client terminals and a plurality of relay servers that can communicate with one another, allows a terminal that performs a remote operation and other terminals, which are terminals other than a terminal that is remotely operated, to acquire the details of the remote operation. |
