The present invention provides a progressive refractive power lens able to improve both the astigmatism and frequency error in the peripheral portion of the far region. This progressive refractive power lens has a far region used for distant vision and another region which is different from the far region. At least one of the surface on the eyeball side and the surface on the object side has an aspherical shape. When the prescription value T obtained from the equation S+C/2, where S is the prescribed spherical power and C is the astigmatic power, is negative, the region having a negative frequency difference DeltaD for the spherical equivalent power D relative to the prescription value T is located along the main fixation line in the far region. |
