A weight management device is provided with: a fluctuation acquisition unit (66) for acquiring the daily weight fluctuation value for each day on the basis of the weight measurement value of a subject to be measured for each day; an achievement rate acquisition unit (68) for comparing the daily weight fluctuation value acquired by means of the fluctuation acquisition unit with a daily target weight loss value and for acquiring, on the basis of the comparison result, a target achievement rate indicating the proportion of days in which the daily weight fluctuation value reaches the daily target weight loss value with regard to the total days within a predetermined time period; and a target acquisition unit (70) for acquiring, on the basis of the target achievement rate acquired by means of the achievement rate acquisition unit, a new daily target weight loss value to function as the target when subsequently measuring weight.
