<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft magnetic alloy exhibiting high saturation magnetic flux density and excellent soft magnetic properties, particularly excellent AC magnetic properties. <P>SOLUTION: A soft magnetic alloy is represented by composition formula: Fe<SB POS="POST">100-x-y-z</SB>Cu<SB POS="POST">x</SB>B<SB POS="POST">y</SB>Si<SB POS="POST">z</SB>(wherein, x, y and z satisfy the conditions of 1<x<2, 10≤y≤20, 0<z≤9 and 10<y+z≤24 in terms of atomic percent), has a structure where crystal grains having an average particle size of 60 nm or less and a body centered cubic structure are dispersed in an amorphous parent phase at a volume fraction of 30% or more, and has a saturation magnetic flux density of 1.7 T or more and a coercive force of less than 8 A/m. The soft magnetic alloy is obtained by subjecting an Fe-based alloy to heat treatment, the Fe-based alloy having a structure where crystal grains having an average particle size of 30 nm or less are dispersed in an amorphous parent phase at a volume fraction of 3% or more and less than 30%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
