<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leg swinging apparatus capable of preventing both legs from contacting with each other and effectively transmitting swing even when the leg of the user is swung by a swing mechanism, and to provide a massage machine. <P>SOLUTION: An ottoman 12 as a leg swinging apparatus includes a leg treatment part 30 for treating the leg of the user and the swing mechanism 16 for swinging the leg of the user.
