Provided are a grease composition for a rolling bearing, and a rolling bearing in which the grease composition is encapsulated. The grease composition comprises a mixed oil of a trimethylolpropane fatty acid ester oil and at least one type of pentaerythritol fatty acid ester or other lubricating oil, and a base oil having a dynamic viscosity at 40°C of 19 - 35 mm2/s and an evaporation rate of 10 to 15 mass% when kept for 250 hours at 150°C contains a diurea compound as the thickener.
