<p>The device (2) has a quartz oscillator (1) or voltage controlled oscillator for generating clock frequency, and a heating unit (3) or heating resistance, for heating of the oscillator. A processor (4) is utilized for controlling the heating unit such that the heating unit imposes regulation temperature on the oscillator, where the regulation temperature is function of ambient temperature. The oscillator is ready to generate the clock frequency as a function of voltage applied to the oscillator.
