<p>The implant (1) has an anchoring part (3) to anchor the implant to a humerus (100) and forming a proximal cavity. The cavity is in form of spherical seats (6a, 6b) adjusted with curve of spherical articular part (2) and delimited by a peripheral edge to receive the articular part with wedging of the articular part, so that center of the articular part does not have movement relative to the anchoring part during articular clearance of the prosthesis. The anchoring part has height so as to be implanted in an epiphyseal/metaphyseal part of bone, and includes reliefs (5) to anchor to the bone. An independent claim is also included for an assembly for assemblable elements for forming a humeral implant of shoulder prosthesis.</p> |
