PURPOSE: A functional cosmetic soap composition is provided to promote skin metabolism, moisturizing effect, cleaning effect strengthening effect, antioxidant effect, antibacterial effect, antiaging effect, and environment-purification effect by comprising duck oil, EM fermented liquid, and pozzolan. CONSTITUTION: A functional cosmetic soap composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of duck oil, 25-50 parts by weight of vegetable oil, 40-70 parts by weight of EM(effective microorganism) fermented liquid, 14-25 parts by weight of neutralizer, and 1-5 parts by weight of pozzolan. A manufacturing method of the functional cosmetic soap comprises: a step of manufacturing soap resin by heating a duck oil and vegetable oil; a step of manufacturing neutralized solution by mixing the EM fermented liquid and the neutralizer; a step of mixing the manufactured soap resin and the manufactured neutralized solution, and adding the pozzolan into; and a step of mixing the solution, and measuring the solution.
