PURPOSE: A terminal device for executing an Android application on a general purpose OS(Operating System), a method thereof, and an electronically decodable recording medium therefor are provided to induce an accurate purchasing decision of a user by determining a purchase after using an application on a PC or a kiosk terminal. CONSTITUTION: A PAF(Portable Android Framework) component unit(200) includes an Android framework operating a Android class library on a general purpose OS as a dynamic library by including a porting API(Application Programming Interface) managing hardware of a terminal device. If the Android framework is requested, the PAF component unit supplies the Android framework in real time by loading the dynamic library. An Android application driver(100) directly executes an Android application on a browser by using the Android framework.
