An apparatus for manufacturing a laminated electronic component and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the fabrication efficiency of a laminated electronic component by successively running a stacking roll and coating roll. The circumference of a film deposition material(12) of a consecutive shape is processed with a release treatment. A film deposition forming part(16) successively forms ceramic sheets by spreading and drying a ceramic slurry on the film deposition material. An electrode circuit shaping part(22) forms an electrode circuit for the ceramic sheets. The ceramic sheets are stripped from the film deposition material. A stripped ceramic sheet is wound in the circumference of a stacking roll. Laminating supporters(14, 15) form the laminated structure(S') of an electrode circuit and a ceramic sheet. |
