<p>A vehicle seat is configured in such a manner that the structure of the periphery of side frames has sufficient strength against an impact load caused by a collision and that the structure of the periphery of the side frames is compact. A vehicle seat (S) is provided with: a seat back frame (1) having side sections (15) located at the sides thereof; a load input member (40) provided at a side of the seat back frame (1) and into which a load from another member is inputted; a pressure receiving member (20) connected to the seat back frame (1) through connection members (21, 22) and supporting the occupant; and an impact reduction member (30) which is provided to at least one of the side sections (15), is engaged with the connection member (22), and allows the pressure receiving member (20) to be moved rearward by an impact load applied to the pressure receiving member (20).</p> |
