Method for determining a partial load state of a system

The method involves evaluating an energy model component of system through which a partial-load condition of component is associated to a set of operational parameters of such component. The default parameters including specifications for discontinued system throughput are evaluated. A set of part-load conditions of the system is identified based on energy model using default parameters. The set of partial load conditions is simulated based on parameterizable model simulation of plant. An independent claim is included for a computer program product for determining load state of plant.
