The foot (10) has a driving shaft driven by an engine. A working tool i.e. grid, is connected to the driving shaft by transmission units. The transmission units transform the rotary movement of the driving shaft to a vibratory movement of the working tool. The transmission units transform the rotary movement of the driving shaft in a translation movement of the working tool with respect to the driving shaft. The working tool is moved in translation on a race ranging between 1 to 4 mm. The driving shaft is guided by a bearing arranged near an eccentric.
