It is described is a composition comprising a mixture of ashes of fluid in an amount of at least 10 % by weight, classical filter fly ash in an amount of 40 to 70 % by weight, gypsum in an amount of up to 35 % by weight and water to obtain it optimal humectation, which is present in an amount of 50 to 85 % by weight of total components in relation to the dry matter.
