Mechanical unit for a door

The mechanical unit has a damper unit (7) arranged in a sliding rail (5) and braking a movement of a door (2) in an end position. A door trim is connected with a slider (6) led in the sliding rail by a lever arm (4) linked at a rotary bearing (3). A spring unit (8) is arranged in the sliding rail and automatically pulls the door outwardly and inwardly in the end position. The damper unit is designed as twin attenuation cylinders. The slider is freely moved in a freewheel area (9) of the sliding rail such that the door remains in the area in the position.
