PURPOSE: A method for allowing an MTC(Machine Type Communication) server to execute communication and a machine type communication server device are provided to offer mutual effective communication in a terminal, an MTC device, and an MTC server. CONSTITUTION: When data measured by an MTC device is satisfied with a condition set in the MTC in advance, a receiver receives information on the measured data from the MTC device. A transmitter transmits the information on the measured data to a network node corresponding to the MTC device. The receiver receives an access request from the MTC device. A processor confirms the correct access for the access request.
