PURPOSE: A method and a device for adsorbing and separating sludge deposited on the bottom surface of a lake or pond are provided to effectively remove sludge using high-pressure compressed air and a cylindrical brush. CONSTITUTION: A device for adsorbing and separating sludge deposited on the bottom surface of a lake or pond comprises a sludge adsorption device(30) and a sludge separation device(40). The sludge adsorption device separates a sludge layer from an underwater bottom surface using a high pressure air injection nozzle and a cylindrical brush and sends the separated sludge to the sludge separation device. The sludge separation device is composed of an upper cover unit and a lower body unit. The upper cover unit is connected to a suction line of a vacuum suction pump. The lower body unit has an end protrusion for supporting a coarse sieve filter and a fine sieve filter. The sludge separation device discharges water purified through the coarse and fine sieve filters to the outside.
