PURPOSE: A patient management method using an automatic feedback matrix and a system are provided to determine a state of a patient by receiving an opinion of a medical specialist in the state that the state of only the patient is not automatically determined, thereby taking a proper measure according to the state of the patient at time when the patient desires. CONSTITUTION: A matrix composition unit(105) composes an automatic feedback matrix. A matrix storage unit(110) stores the composed automatic feedback matrix. An information reception unit(115) receives blood sugar measurement information and blood sugar condition information from a patient terminal. An information storage unit(120) connects the blood sugar measurement information with the blood sugar measurement condition information and stores the connected information. A measurement condition selection unit(130) automatically selects the number of N blood sugar measurement condition information which is able to be matched with the number of M blood glucose contents condition.
