PURPOSE: An apparatus for molding and packing a dressing material for protecting an affected area is provided to improve the productivity of a dressing material and the convenience of a user and to save the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for molding and packing a dressing material for protecting an affected area includes a feeder(110), a half-cutting unit(120), a preheater(130), a molding apparatus(140), a cooler(150), a press cutter(160), a residue collector(170), a protective film supplying part(180), a film cutter(190), and a film residue collector(200). A release paper adheres to fabric for a dressing material, and the fabric is fed and unwound from the feeder. The half-cutting unit forms a break line on the release paper beneath the fabric. The preheater preheats the fabric. The molding apparatus molds the fabric with pressure into a predetermined shape. The cooler air-cools the dressing material. The press cutter cuts the dressing material into pieces without damaging the release paper. The residue collector collects the residues of the dressing material. The protective film supplying part covers the dressing material with a protective film after the residues are removed from the dressing material. The film cutter cuts the protective film, and the film residue collector collects the residues of the protective film. |
