PURPOSE: A Wi-Fi AP(Access Point), a Wi-Fi gateway, a mobile communication terminal, and a mobile communication method using the same are provided to enable a cellular mobile communication network to recognize a connection between a femto base station and the mobile communication terminal when a user connects the mobile communication terminal with the Wi-Fi AP. CONSTITUTION: An AP protocol adapting unit(122) routes a Wi-Fi packet transmitted from a mobile communication terminal to an AP lower layer unit. An AP protocol adapting unit decapsulates the Wi-Fi packet composed of cellular data to transmit the cellular data to a cellular mobile communication network. An AP upper layer unit(123) includes an AP Wi-Fi module and an AP femto module. The AP Wi-Fi module transmits the Wi-Fi packet composed of Wi-Fi data to an IP network. The AP femto module transmits the decapsulated Wi-Fi packet to the cellular mobile communication network.
