<p>PURPOSE: A continuous deck bead lock drum is provided to improve the surface quality of a tire by continuously molding the surface. CONSTITUTION: A continuous deck bead lock drum comprises a shaft housing, a bead lock(20), a central molding deck assembly(40), a main center shaft and two pairs of deck shafts. The shaft housing has one end cantilevered wherein one end is mounted on a motor housing. The motor housing comprises three independent motors including a first, a second and a third motor.</p> |
