PURPOSE: An apparatus for dehydrating sludge and an electric applying unit for the same are provided to stably apply electricity without interference to the rotation of a rotating unit by horizontally applying the electricity to the rotating direction of the rotating unit. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) for dehydrating sludge includes a rotatable drum unit(10), a rotating unit(20), a transferring unit(30), and an electricity applying unit(40). The rotating unit rotates along a partial circumference side of the drum unit. The transferring unit is wound between the drum unit and the rotating unit and rotates to transfer sludge. The electricity applying unit applies electricity of different polarities to the drum unit and the rotating unit. The electricity applying unit is in contact with the rotating unit to be horizontal to the rotating direction of the rotating unit. |
