PURPOSE: A portable terminal cover equipped with a data communications control function is provided to reduce the battery charging time of a portable terminal when data communications are not needed, by enabling a user to decide if the data communications are needed when connecting the portable terminal to a PC and others. CONSTITUTION: A transmission part(140) is composed of a power supply line and a data communications line. The transmission part is installed on a cover body. The transmission part transmits external power and data inputted through a USB port to a portable terminal using a connection terminal component. A switch part(150) is installed on the cover body.
