The present invention relates to a valve for dispensing a beverage comprised of first and second fluids wherein the valve comprises first and second pressurised fluid channels 174 carrying the first and second fluids. The valve also has a first and second pistons 192 received in first and second piston chambers (176, Fig.10D), each having a piston seat (178, Fig.10D) and in fluid communication with the fluid channels. First and second downstream channels are provided downstream of the seats, and a nozzle 164 engages the downstream channels, has an inner annulus, mixes the fluids therein and dispenses a mixed fluid therefrom. A handle 1120 is provided to be manually engaged and to engage the first and second pistons and is moved between a first position in which the pistons are fluidly sealed to the piston seats and a second position where the pistons are spaced apart from the seats and where fluid flows from the pressurised fluid channels past the seats and through the downstream channels and into the nozzle. Other aspects relate to an urn having a manual post-mix valve. |
