The harvester (1) has a drum housing in which a thresher (6) and a turning drum (10) are arranged. An ejection housing is arranged at a frame inside the harvester and accommodates a pre-mounted separation device (12) that operates according to axial flow principle. The separation device is arranged downstream to the turning drum and divided into an intake region (14), a separation region (15) and an ejection region (16). The separation device is pre-mounted at the frame in its intake region by a fixed bearing (11) and in its ejection region by a floating bearing.
