Arrangement for attaching a modular clutch device to a driven shaft

The arrangement has a radial circular reaction plate (28) mounted around a driven shaft (24A) by a roller bearing (30). A frictional disk (50) is arranged in front of the plate and locked against a front surface of the plate. An elastic blocking ring (44) is arranged in a fixation position in a fixation groove (46) associated to a bearing (34) of the shaft by deformation to limit the axial deformation towards rear of the bearing during the fixation operation. The ring occupies a holding position in which the ring is carried by a friction clutch device (20) prior to the operation.
