The hinge has a wing part (2) comprising a casing (6), where a coupling pin (7) passes through the casing and lower and upper idlers (5, 5') of a frame part (1). The casing is supported at bearing sleeves (8) that are arranged in the idlers in a rotationally fixed and axially movable manner. The sleeves are axially adjustable by a spindle (9) that is formed as threaded bolt or cylindrical body. A casing surface of the idlers has a threaded hole with a threaded pin (10) that passes through a casing-sided elongate hole of the sleeves and is engaged in an annular groove (12) of the coupling pin.
