摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing antibiotic filtering media using the complex nanostructures of carbon nanotubes and metal nanoparticles and a method for the same are provided to form the complex nanostructures by combining vaporized carbon nanotubes and metal nanoparticles. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing antibiotic filtering media using the complex nanostructures of carbon nanotubes and metal nanoparticles includes a carbon nanotube droplet generating unit(120), a moisture absorbing unit(140), an antibiotic complex nanostructure generating unit(150), and an antibiotic complex nanostructure coating unit(200). The carbon nanotube droplet generating unit pressurizes and sprays a carbon nanotube solution with dispersed carbon nanotubes to generate carbon nanotube droplets. The moisture absorbing unit absorbs solvent components from the carbon nanotube droplets to be removed. The antibiotic complex nanostructure generating unit heats antibiotic metal powder at high temperatures to generate metal nanoparticles. The antibiotic complex nanostructure coating unit coats the antibiotic nanostructures to filtering media to prepare antibiotic filtering media.
