SUBLIMATION TRANSFER PRINTING PRODUCTS AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD

PURPOSE: A printing object for sublimation transfer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the working hours in the manufacturing process wherein a sublimation coating paper attached to the surface of a transfer material is not required. CONSTITUTION: A printing object for sublimation transfer comprises a primer coating layer(20), a color coating layer(30), a sublimation liquid coating layer(40) and a printing layer(50). The color coating layer is formed with a metal coating layer and a plastic coating layer. The sublimation liquid coating layer is coated with a the mixture of synthetic curing agent and synthetic diluent. The printing layer is the upper side of the sublimation liquid layer on which various patterns and photographs printed on a transfer paper(2) are printed.
