PURPOSE: A high voltage battery pack apparatus is provided to efficiently utilize the trunk room of a vehicle by installing a cooling apparatus in a center console which includes first and second battery packs. CONSTITUTION: A high voltage battery pack apparatus comprises a first battery pack(20) and a second battery pack(30) which are separated from each other in a center console(10); a battery case(50) which is fixed to a floor panel(40) while surrounding the first and second battery pack; and a cooling device with a cooling air flow route which cools the first and second battery packs using cooling air from the front side of the center console and discharges cooling air toward the back side of the center console.
