PURPOSE: A metastatic breast cancer cell line, TUBO-P2J, is provided to develop an agent for diagnosing and treating cancer metastasis and invasion. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening an anticancer agent comprises: a step of transplanting a metastatic breast cancer cell line, TUBO-P2J, by percutaneous injection a normal animal exclusive of humans and inducing tumor generation; a step of treating an anticancer candidate material to the tumor-induced animal; and a step of measuring growth or metastasis of tumor cells in the animal.
