PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a shaft flange of a washing machine is provided to regularly cool the whole surface of a die by locally cooling a central core portion of the die by using a separate cooling line, thereby omitting a post-process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a shaft flange(20) of a washing machine comprises the following steps: a step for arranging a plurality of cooling lines in a portion of a die in both sides across a flange unit(21) with a constant distance; a step for forming a cooling line(60) in a core pin(70) of the die which is utilized for forming a shaft joining hole; and a step for manufacturing the shaft flange by cooling the die with cooling water supplied through the cooling line of the core pin, and the plurality of cooling lines while manufacturing a die casting by injecting aluminum molten steel into the die.
