PURPOSE: A prefabricated extendable house is provided to reduce a construction period by simply assembling or disassembling the house and to conveniently extend and arrange an indoor space of the house. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated extendable house is formed in a round roof shape by radially connecting a plurality of plate pieces(100). Two neighboring plate pieces are joined by partially overlapping in order to improve airtightness. The prefabricated extendable house comprises an opening part, a protrusion end(120), a gate door(140), a window(150), and a joining unit. The end of the protrusion end is equipped with a flange. The flange is connected to the protrusion end by the joining unit in order to interconnect the prefabricated houses.
