PURPOSE: A wind power guide apparatus and a wind power generation system are provided to improve the exhaust function of a building by being installed in an exhaust port of the building and to guide air volume and wind velocity by using the shape of a structure. CONSTITUTION: A wind power guide apparatus comprises an air guide module(110) and an air acceleration module(120). The air guide module is installed in an exhaust port of a building. The air acceleration module is positioned above the air guide module.
